Sales Executive — AI Solutions
You are the first commercial hire on the front line: you find the opportunity, run the discovery, and carry it through to signature.
AED 5,000–12,000 base + commission
Base salary depends on experience and visa status; performance bonus paid quarterly based on sales results.
Car or car allowance
Company car provided, or full compensation if you drive your own vehicle.
Visa sponsorship
Full employment visa if you need one. Own visa is a plus and pays a higher band.
Front-row seat in AI
Represent Raqi at exhibitions and industry events across the Emirates.
What you'll do
- Generate qualified leads and run structured outbound outreach
- Run discovery calls on Zoom and Google Meet, and qualify opportunities
- Own and maintain a clean CRM pipeline from first touch to close
- Follow up consistently — most deals are won in the follow-up
- Attend AI and technology exhibitions across the UAE and network on the ground
- Submit a short end-of-day report on activity and pipeline movement
- Join the daily alignment meeting with the team
Must-haves
- 1–3 years selling software, SaaS or technology solutions
- Comfortable running video discovery calls with decision makers
- Understanding of how AI agent, AI platform and services sales cycles work
- Strong computer literacy — CRM, email tools, documents, reporting
- Valid UAE driving licence
- Professional presentation and clear spoken English
- Based in the UAE or ready to relocate
Nice-to-haves
- Degree in technology, IT management or a related field
- Own car (we compensate mileage and running costs)
- Own/transferable UAE visa — attracts a higher salary band
- Arabic language skills
- Existing network in UAE enterprise or government tech
